German Hatec CNC- plasma cutting machine P-Cut 220 cuts round tubes up to 220 mm diameter and profiles up to 150*150 mm. Plasma source is Hypertherm PowerMax 105 resonator.
Tubes and profiles are loaded from the side inside support kollet. Precise ballscrew guided cutting head moves on x- and z- directions according to CNC program.
G-code drawings can be sent to programming softaware and you can simulate cutting paths and times.
EHRT punching stations are traversing across the bar in Y-direction by CNC. Gripper feeder is introducing the bar in X-direction. EHRT quick change tools for thick material, similiar to Thick Turret type of tools, are mounted in the cassette type tool station sledge.
