B3 Hybrid brake press ATA

B3 hybrid brake press has many set times lowering and bending quality increasing features like:

Upper and lower tool automatic lenght adjustment (ATA), where different sizes of work pieces can be bend without manual tool settings.
Automatic V-slot adjustment for lower tool width (MVM), which allow to bend different thicknesses or R without manual tool settings.
MAC2.0 (Material Adaptive Correction) -system adjusts bending angle according to measured spring back effect of material and at the same time does automatic crowning, so need of test pieces or manual adjustment are minimized.
Unique Direct Drive- power source (combination of hybrid hydraulic cylinder and servo motor) combines fast movement speed of hydraulic press brake and high precision of servo press brake into one package.

Patented automatic upper and lower tool changer (AU-TO) changes 1m long toolset under 25 seconds, which is the fastest speed in the market. Tool magazine has 15 metres different upper and lower tools stored inside machine frame.

Onyx- plasma cutting machine

Onyx offers max. width of cutting portal upto 7000mm and positioning speed 25m/min. Inside reinforced frame are integrated all assessories, like servo controls, divided electric systems and oxygen, gas and pressured air connections, pressure reducers and valves. This integrated frame solution extendes significantly life cycle of componets, because they are covered and well protected from cutting head splashes and not having humidity problems. Gas cutting head can reach upto 300mm material thickness, when using special heat protection devices.

Combo Water and Plasma Cutting Machine

German-Polish manufacturer Eckert has developed patented Combo machine, which can be programmed to use either water jet and plasma cutting head inside one working cycle to optimise cycle time and quality requirement. Therefore Combo machine can use eg. for precise holes, openings or bevels 3D- water cutting head and plasma head for example outsides counter shapes etc. With this kind of combo cutting we can achieve even 80% faster piece times and better productivity compared to only water cutting technology. 3D- water cutting head provides more accurate and versatile cutting than plasma head.

S1 Multipress Kombi Punching and Laser Cutting Center

Punching center consists of patented SPD- hybrid power supply that has programmable stroke lenght and Thick Turret- tools.

Twin gripper feeding is equipped with freely programable pincers, which allow to cut and punch the whole piece without any waste.

Overall 41 pieces of Thick Turret – tools (B, C and D stations) are placed in tool cassettes and every tool has their own hybrid power supply with programmable stroke lenght.
