Pro Runner mandrel tube bender from coil
ProRunner is a revolutionary machine for bending, end-forming and cutting tube coil material, featuring electromagnetic mandrel operation. This solution enables even better bending quality and allows cutting very close to the bend, especially for copper and aluminium tubes up to 20 mm in diameter, directly from the coil.
LTFree and LW-S
At the TechForward event, robotic 5D fibre laser cutting and welding cells will be on display. These cells can be used to cut and weld bent tubes as well as, for example, deep-drawn components.
Payapress semi-automatic flat material processing machines
Payapress complements our leading range of copper and aluminium flat material processing machines in the Nordic and Baltic countries with semi-automatic punching, bending, insert fastening and offset forming solutions.
The product range also includes a compact horizontal bending machine for copper and aluminium busbars.
Songu Europe operates in Italy. Through its Italian facility, every sheet and tube laser manufactured at the factory in China is equipped with safety features in accordance with CE and TÜV certification requirements. Fredko then imports the machines to Finland, the Baltics and Scandinavia.
Songu Europe sheet lasers
Songu Europe offers sheet lasers from a table size of 1.3 × 1.3 metres up to 35 metres in length.
Songu Europe tube lasers
Fibre tube lasers are available for tube diameters starting from 10 mm all the way up to 500 mm. The maximum tube length can be 12 metres for both loading and unloading.
EuroBLECH, 20–23 October in Hanover
In October, the world’s most important exhibition for sheet metal working, EuroBLECH, will once again take place. Save the date in your calendar, as Fredko’s manufacturers will be launching several new products at the exhibition. Fredko’s entire sales team will be present throughout the event.
