Exciting world premieres from several of our manufacturers will be presented in Hanover from 22 to 25 October 2024. We have compiled the most important highlights below:
Italian manufacturer Salvagnini will launch completely new production cell concepts. The FSL (Flexible Smart Line) consists of the entirely new S4.G4 punching and shear cutting centre, supplied by an MD rapid-storage tower. The patented, fully servo-driven Hybrid Multihead power system for both Thick Turret tools and the shear cutting unit will make its world premiere. The MCu stacking, dynamic buffering and loading station connects the cutting process to the P4.G4 automatic panel bender, which now features a sorting system for narrow profiles produced using the Bend and Cut function.
The FSJ (Flexible Smart Job-Shop) cell includes the new L3.G4 fiber laser, in which the intelligent MCU unloading and stacking device transfers the cut blank to the required position. The P-Robot, equipped with RVS machine vision, positions the components and loads the P2Lean automatic panel bender.
Belgian manufacturer Haco will present a compact robotic press brake cell. Offline programming automatically generates programs for both the EMaster 13040 servo press brake and the robot, eliminating the need for a separate teaching phase.
Our French manufacturer Dimeco will present coil-fed cutting, punching, roll-forming and press-feeding lines. RotoBloc equipment for handling coils and press tools will also be displayed at the stand.
At the BLM Group stand, visitors can see the Adige LS7 sheet fiber laser, featuring a nine-second shuttle table, a 20 kW laser source and integration with a sheet-storage tower. The stand will also feature the LT8.20 tube fiber laser with a 3D cutting head, the Elect150 tube bender and the LTFree 5D fiber laser cutting and welding cell.
Our German-Polish manufacturer of plasma, oxy-fuel and waterjet cutting machines, Eckert, will present its unique 3D DualFlex cutting head, developed to switch between high-definition plasma cutting and oxy-fuel cutting.
Swedish manufacturer AP&T will set a new standard for forming presses with its servo-hydraulic solution, delivering improved energy efficiency, speed and ease of maintenance. These benefits significantly expand the range of possible applications.
Uzma, which we import throughout Scandinavia and the Baltic region, will present energy-efficient and accurate servo-belt-driven press brakes offering one of the market’s best price-to-performance ratios. Pressing forces range from 40 to 100 tonnes, with bending lengths from 1,600 to 3,100 mm.
Leading structural-steel machinery manufacturer Ficep will present solutions including Gemini, which combines bevel plasma cutting, milling, drilling and tapping in a single cutting and machining cell for manufacturing various structural components.
Its unique history of evolving from a laser-technology user into a machine manufacturer makes the Turkish company Laser Isse a competitive supplier of fiber laser solutions for welding, cutting, marking and cleaning. The Laser Isse stand will feature solutions ranging from handheld equipment to robotised cells.
Our mechanical press manufacturer Zani will present its unique knuckle-joint solution, which enables improved distribution of asymmetrical forces. Servo drives in mechanical presses also provide greater programmability of the slide movement and force generation, allowing the slowdowns and dwell times required for different forming operations to be programmed into the working cycle.
Turkish manufacturer Sahinler will present an extensive range of equipment, including three-roll and four-roll plate rolling machines, which are among the most competitively priced on the market.
Gimec is our Italian manufacturer of press brake tooling. Its stand will feature tools with clamping systems suitable for all major press brake manufacturers, including European-style systems used by Amada, Uzma, Ermaksan, Durma and Baykal, as well as Trumpf/Wila, Beyeler/Bystronic, LVD and Haco systems.
Our Turkish press manufacturer Dirinler will bring its mechanical and hydraulic presses to the stand, offering an excellent price-to-performance ratio.
The strength of Taiwanese press manufacturer Seyi lies in its internally developed servo package. Its product range also includes smaller C-frame servo presses.
