The Konepaja Exhibition will be held on March 17–19 at the Tampere Exhibition and Sports Centre. At Fredko’s 130 m² stand A650, you will find several machine premieres, new manufacturer launches, and a selection of other highlights from our product range, listed below.
Making its Finnish debut is the smallest and most compact model in the range of our Italian tube-processing manufacturer BLM Group: the Smart tube bender. Full servo drive technology ensures accuracy and speed for tube diameters up to 28 mm. The machine is also available as the Smart One model with a more limited option package.
We are launching the new fully servo-driven EB20e horizontal bending machine from EHRT, our German market-leading manufacturer of copper and aluminium busbar processing machines, for the Finnish, Baltic, and Scandinavian markets.
Bending programs can be created using office software, and modifications can also be made directly from the machine control. The required bar length for cutting and punching is generated directly from the bending program.
Making their Finnish Exhibition debut are the Peddinghaus fastener insertion presses, manufactured at Peddinghaus’s factory in Spain. These machines already have satisfied reference users in both Finland and the Baltic countries.
The presses are available with automatic feeding and loading, or as robotic fastener-insertion cell solutions.
We are launching Rico, a completely new Portuguese manufacturer of press brakes, robotic cells, and shears, for the Finnish, Scandinavian, and Baltic markets.
Rico press brakes are equipped with planetary servo screw technology, making them durable, accurate, and fast. They are also available as compact robotic cell solutions.
Krister Petterson, Area Sales Manager of our Swedish manufacturer AP&T, will present various deep drawing solutions at our stand. You can learn more about leading forming and deep-drawing presses, as well as complete line solutions, with a particular focus on servo-hydraulic hybrid technology.
Gimec is our Italian manufacturer of press brake tooling. Their tools are available with clamping systems for all major press brake brands, including European-style tooling systems such as Amada, Rico, Uzma, Ermaksan, Durma, and Baykal, as well as Trumpf/Wila, Beyeler/Bystronic, LVD, and Haco.
At our stand, we will display Gimec protective film and tool holders. As part of our exhibition offer, you can take a test sample with you.
With CNC punching machines and sheet metal working centres, various forming and shaping operations can be carried out thanks to advanced tooling technology. Matrix, our Italian manufacturer, offers versatile Thick Turret tooling solutions for forming tools, multitools, and cluster tools, such as the drawing tool shown in the image.
