Fredko 50th Anniversary Event, September 5–6, 2024
To celebrate our 50-year journey, we arranged several events during our anniversary year. We started at the Konepaja exhibition by launching our updated visual identity and publishing our new website.
We reserved September 5–6 in your calendar, as it was time for the Fredko 50th Anniversary Event. The programme included a seminar and evening event on Thursday, followed by additional activities on Friday. A more detailed invitation followed in August.
It was once again time to update your knowledge of the latest innovations in sheet metal working at EuroBLECH, the world’s leading international exhibition for sheet metal working technology, held on October 22–25 in Hanover, Germany.
Below is the already confirmed exhibition offering from Fredko’s manufacturers:
Salvagnini, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of sheet metal processing machines, launched solutions from its .G4 model family, including the new Flexible Smart Line solution. This line includes the completely new S4 punching and shearing centre and the P4Lean.G4 panel bender.
Also making its debut was a fiber laser cell combined with the P-Robot.
The latest .G4 model size of the best-selling P2Lean panel bender was also introduced.
The .G4 version of the B3-AU-TO hybrid press brake was also featured among Salvagnini’s latest innovations at the stand.
Naturally, dedicated demonstration points were available for all Stream programming software modules.
Swedish forming press manufacturer AP&T presented the latest versions of its servo-hydraulic presses, their automation solutions, and its newest production line concepts at its stand.
At the stand of our Italian structural steel processing machine manufacturer Ficep, the offering included automatic 2D and 3D plasma cutting, drilling, sawing, and shot blasting solutions.
ERKO Road Show, November 18–22
Our new Polish manufacturer ERKO complements our range of machines for busbar and flat bar material processing in the Nordic and Baltic markets with semi-automatic punching, bending, fastener insertion, and offset forming solutions.
In the autumn, we arranged a demonstration road show in Finland on November 18–22.
ERKO BPS1200 Semi-Automatic Busbar Processing Station
ERKO’s flagship semi-automatic solution for accurate four-station punching, cutting, and bending of flat bar material. Suitable for copper or aluminium busbars with widths of 20–125 mm, thicknesses of 5–12 mm, and bending angles from 5 to 90 degrees.
ERKO SH900 PLC Busbar Processing Station
With this processing station, in addition to PLC-controlled manual punching, cutting, and bending, various fasteners can also be pressed into flat bars by changing the tools in the bending station.
ERKO SH 300 Manual Flat Bar Processing Station
This processing station enables manual punching, cutting, and bending, as well as the pressing of various fasteners into flat bars by changing the tools in the bending station.
ERKO HG 200 PLC Flat Bar Bending Station
A compact flat bar bending machine with an excellent price-performance ratio. It can bend copper and aluminium flat bars up to a maximum angle of 90 degrees, with thicknesses of 5–15 mm and widths of up to 200 mm.
