CHANGES IN OUR ORGANIZATION

We are pleased to announce following changes in our organization.

As of February 1st, 2010:

Mr. Jonas Fredriksson has been appointed Managing Director or Fredko Oy Ab.

For any sales activities you can also contact Mr. Jan Fredriksson, Mr. Tapani Luostarinen or Mr. Kari Tarhonen.

Mr. Leif Fredrikson will still be actively working for the company as Chairman of the board.

Futhermore, with regret, we have to announce that Mr. Pertti Sippola has left our company to pursue other challenges. For any open matters you may have with Mr. Sippola we ask you to contact Mr. Jonas Fredriksson.

Mrs. Lilly Karlsson will be retiring after a long and successful career at Fredko Oy Ab and all matters regarding invoice, accounting and other day to day matters should be addressed to Mrs. Susanne Siimelä
